Terms of Use

Take Over: Party Charades is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

License agreement

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Keaton Green is the app's licensor; Apple handles distribution and billing through the App Store.

Premium subscriptions

  • Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or annually. The app shows the current price, billing period and any introductory free trial before you subscribe.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
  • You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
  • The Normal category in Classic Charades and Take Over is free without a subscription.
